We completed the full refurbishment and Cat A fit out of a building in Fitzrovia, London. The scope of works included Cat A fit out across 4 floors including all common areas, WCs and brand-new, welcoming reception space.

Details
To ensure potential tenant attraction the building offers 2 roof terraces which were also refurbished including the creation of a bespoke ‘pop-up’ enclosure to provide internal seating space which can be used to facilitate events/town hall style meetings.
As a design and build project, we provided a detailed set of contractor’s proposals after completing an extensive and successful value engineering exercise to ensure the project became viable to the client’s budget.
We re-designed the proposed pop-up timber structure on the roof to create a stunning terrace space. This provided our client with not only a cost saving but ensured the structure didn’t have to integrate with the party wall, simplifying the build.
