Details
The revamped space includes executive offices, meeting rooms, a print area and communal tea point area. With high specification finishes and bespoke joinery, every element was designed to breathe life into the floor, with a particular focus on enhancing acoustics within the offices.
A key feature of the project is the sustainably sourced Fallen & Felled kitchen Island Top in the communal area, which is made from repurposed fallen trees which would otherwise be destroyed – many having significant history behind them. Envirocycle London Ltd also collected the full floor of original carpet tiles, which would then be supplied to charities, schools and businesses to be reused.
We utilised Value Engineering to meet the client’s budget while maintaining premium finishes. This was executed early in the process, allowing us to adjust to significant design changes made after the tender phase, ensuring we stayed on track to meet the project timeline.
We built strong working partnerships throughout the project and would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone involved!
