Team Projects replaced windows throughout, as well as providing Costa Coffee and the tanning shop on the ground floor with new shopfronts across the Christmas period with minimal disruption.
During the design period we discovered that we could increase our client’s NIA by reconfiguring the risers and core areas to gain an extra 92 sq.ft per floor. Since completion we have gone on to begin a Cat A+ fit out on one of the floors to provide a marketing suite for prospective tenants to use when visiting the building.
