The building comprised of a main entrance and lift lobby with stairs leading to three floors of open plan office space with WCs to the lift lobby areas.
The ground floor reception lobby area was refurbished to provide a meet
and greet reception desk, new finishes leading to the lobby and stairs. The toilets and disabled toilet were refurbished with new sanitary ware, fixtures and fittings with new showers.
We stripped out and returned the floorplates to open plan office spaces.
