We have been involved in the project from day one, assisting the accountants with building selection, cost advice and working in partnership with an architect conducting space plans and feasibility statements.

Lazari instructed Team Projects to complete a brand new home in Maple House consisting of multiple private offices for the partners, high-acoustic meeting rooms, break-out spaces, teapoints and open plan office space.

This fit out takes the accountants from an old and tired space into a modern, new way of working for their staff and provides Lazari Investments with a very happy tenant.
